Aftercare Services

Research has shown that patients who receive effective services and support once they leave treatment are more likely to be successful in their recoveries than those who do not. Caron Renaissance offers extensive aftercare services to every patient who completes treatment at our facility in Boca Raton, Florida.

Patients and family members will face challenges as treatment ends and patients begin to encounter the demands of sober living.  There will be decisions to make regarding living arrangements, jobs, education, relationships and other important aspects of life. These challenges can be demanding as patients transition into sobriety. 

To maximize the chance for a successful recovery, Caron Renaissance works with each patient on an individualized aftercare plan. Family members also complete a Continuing Care Plan that allows them to follow up on individual and family system concerns that will require attention following treatment at Caron Renaissance.

Caron Renaissance also provides extensive alumni and aftercare services locally, and is networked with qualified therapists and programs worldwide.
