Support Groups
Patients and families who stay involved and connected with Caron Renaissance after completing treatment experience support and camaraderie that is extremely helpful as they transition into their new lives. Caron Fellowship groups and Parent Support groups are available around the country, and provide a platform for families and alumni to network and support one another recovery.
- Caron Fellowship Groups - Similar to 12-Step meetings, these Fellowship Groups enable Caron alumni and families to meet and support each other in their ongoing recoveries, using an agreed-upon meeting format. There is no charge to attend these meetings. Caron Fellowship Groups
- Parent Support Groups are designed to give parents whose children have been impacted by addiction a place to find support and encouragement. Caron Parent Support Groups
- Students In Recovery (SIR) 12-Step Meeting - With the help of our alumni, we are pleased to host SIR 12-Step meetings every Tuesday night from 7:45 to 8:30 at Caron Renaissance. While SIR is open to anyone who has a desire to “stop drinking or drugging,” its focus is specific to students who are recovering from addiction to drugs or alcohol, or contemplating entering treatment for addiction. In addition to providing 12-Step services, the program is aimed at creating a fellowship for young men and women facing the daily pressures of college and recovery.
